State-owned telecommunication operator PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) has planned to acquire e-commerce companies, including Bhinneka.com. Arif Prabowo, the Company’ spokesman said Telkom is open to collaborating with several leading e-commerce companies in developing digital businesses. However, there has not been a definitive decision on the Bhinneka.com acquisition, Arif said.
