The Bakrie Group media, Visi Media Asia (VIVA), plans to divest 25% shares in the third quarter (Q3) this year, including through the private placement scheme. Pieter Tanuri, former owner of the tire-maker Multistrada Arah Sarana (MASA), is reported to buy VIVA shares. Pieter Tanuri, the owner of the Bali United club, is rumored to have buying VIVA shares from the market. Tanuri is also reported to join with Erick Thohir, the existing VIVA’s shareholders, to buying Bakrie’s media company.
