Bank Mandiri (BMRI) plans to acquire a bank under BUKU 3 category. Bank Permata (BNLI) is said to be the target of acquisition. Bank Mandiri’s President Director Kartika Wirjoatmodjo said that his management had started to negotiate on price for Bank Permata this week as it entered the due diligence process.
