Financing firm Batavia Prosperindo Finance (BPFI) plans to launch a private placement or an offering 48.2 million new shares, representing 9.38% of its enlarged capital, to PT Batavia Prosperindo Makmur (BPM). BPFI expects to raise Rp313.39 billion from the said private placement.
