MAP Aktif Adiperkasa (MAPA) aims to raise Rp5.03 trillion from the secondary share offering amounting 648.5 million or 23.5% of its enlarged capital. CVC Capital Partners from British will divest 627.1 million MAPA shares, and the management will divest 21.4 million MAPA shares. CVC Capital holds MAPA shares through Montage Company Ltd.
