Pieter Tanuri mulls to acquire PT Visi Media Asia (VIVA), parent company of TV One. Pieter is said to acquire VIVA with the consortium. VIVA and its subsidiary PT Intermedia Capital (MDIA) have informed to launch the rights issue or offering new shares (10% of enlarged capital each) through preemptive rights scheme. Both companies will use rights issue fund for paying debts of US$31.36 million and funding business expansion.
