Renuka Coalindo (SQMI), a company engaging in coal trading and shipping, said that Wilton Resources Holding Pte Ltd (WRH) had purchased 15.06 billion SQMI shares through the limited public offering at price of Rp250 or Rp3.76 trillion in total. So WRH controls 96.95% of SQMI shares. WRH acted as the standby buyer for said rights issue (Phase 1).
