It’s been a busy month for the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU). We all know that they began 2019 ambitiously. They recently published several decisions on the cases that they have been investigating since 2017. The past two weeks was especially important. The KPPU continued the trial of the cartel-like practices in the industrial salt sector. They read the decision on the last case of 2017, and will soon read another decision related to a case in Central Kalimantan.
