Global Mediacom (BMTR) confirmed earlier media reports that Vivendi SA, a French company, will acquire 20% shares in MNC Vision, unit of BMTR. David Fernando, Director of BMTR, told the press on Thursday (Feb 14) that Vivendi will invest US$400-500 million in MNC Vision.
