Last week, the Commercial Court of the Central Jakarta District Court registered a lawsuit on Suspension of Debts Payment (PKPU) filed by two companies against PT Kedaung Oriental Porcelain Industry (Kopin), part of the Kedaung Industrial Group (KIG). The lawsuit caught our attention because it is the third PKPU lawsuit filed against Kopin within less than two months.
