Meidawati has been appointed as new president director for PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), subsidiary of state oil and gas firm Pertamina, replacing R. Gunung Sardjono Hadi who stopped serving in June 1, 2018. Pertamina then assigned Huddie Dewanto to serve as the acting president director since June. Meidawati, graduated from Sriwijaya University, earlier served as vice president for planning and risk management at PT Pertamina EP (2011) and vice president for Strategic Planning Risk Management at PT Pertamina EP (2013).
Meidawati is helped by other directors; Abdul Mutalib Masdar (exploration), Afif Saifudin (development), Ekariza (operation and product), and Huddie Dewanto (finance and business services).
