Global crude oil has continued to fall since early October. It reached US$61.75 per barrel this morning. It was falling after it peaked at US$76 per barrel on October 3, 2018, keeping its upside trend since mid-August this year. On a monthly basis, crude oil declined 17% but still rose 8.25% yearly.
