Salvitas Limited, a company from the Cayman Islands, bought 15.75% or 280 million shares of insurance firm Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia (TUGU) from its shareholder, PT Sakti Laksana Prima, said the company. The deal was signed on Nov. 15, 2018, at the price of Rp2,050 per share, or Rp574 billion in total.
