Precast concrete producer Wijaya Karya (WIKA) Beton (WEGE) booked net profit of Rp289 billion in first nine months (9M) of 2018, jumped 65.3% from Rp175 billion in the same period of 2017. Revenues surged 61% to Rp3.87 trillion and operating profit grew 53% to Rp357 billion.
Construction segment contributed Rp3.58 trillion and property segment contributed Rp255.4 billion. Per September 2018, WEGE booked new contracts of Rp6.41 trillion, representing 82% of this year target (Rp7.82 trillion).
