PT Metro Pacific Tollways Indonesia (MPTI) now controls 77% shares in Nusantara Infrastructure (META), after completing a mandatory tender offer for 24.26% META shares. In July 2018, MPTI purchased 5% META shares from public investors and 43.32% from PT Matahari Kapital Indonesia (MKI). MPTI purchased 760 million META shares at the price of Rp211 per share, or Rp160.36 billion in total.
