State port operator PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo) 4, operator for a number of ports in eastern Indonesia, plans to issue bonds worth Rp3 trillion, offered in 3 series with tenor of 5 years, 7 years, and 10 years. The book building starts today and will last in June 5, 2018. The offering is scheduled for June 28-29, 2018. Acting as underwriters are Danareksa Sekuritas, Indo Premier Sekuritas, Mandiri Sekuritas, BNI Sekuritas, and CGS-CIMB Sekuritas Indonesia.

Pelindo 4 booked net profit of Rp428.55 billion in 2017, grew 29.7% from Rp330 billion in 2016. Revenues increased 16.3% to Rp2.35 trillion from previous Rp2.02 trillion. The Company’s assets reached Rp8.34 trillion while liability amounted Rp2.5 trillion.
