Indonesia’s central bank (Bank Indonesia/BI) reported that lending for the property sector grew 12.5% to Rp794.8 trillion in Jan-Feb 2017 period. Lending for housing (KPR) and apartment (KPA) rose 12.2% year on year (y/y) to Rp412.8 trillion. While lending for construction grew 15.7% to Rp242.6 trillion.
