Nickel producer Vale Indonesia (INCO) booked a net profit of US$6.84 million, equivalent Rp94.32 billion, in the first quarter (Q1) ended March 31, 2018, against loss of US$6.16 million (Rp83.83 billion) in the same period of 2017. Revenue rose 18.4% to US$170.45 million (equivalent Rp2.35 trillion), from US$143.94 million (Rp1.96 trillion) in Q1 last year.
