Astra International will pay dividend of Rp7.49 trillion for 2017 fiscal year, or Rp185 per share, representing 40% of profit (Rp18.88 trillion). Astra has paid interim dividend of Rp2.22 trillion, or Rp55 per share. The payment of dividend is scheduled for May 25, 2018. Chatib Basri, former finance minister is appointed as independent commissioner for Astra.
