Adhi Karya Improved in First Quarter, but Not Enough

Pretty much as predicted, state EPC firm Adhi Karya (ADHI) reported positive cash-flow of Rp2.02 trillion by March 31, 2018 following payments from the government for the greater Jakarta light-rail transit (LRT) project.
