Shares of Sky Energy Indonesia (JSKY), engaging in power plant machine industry, gained 50% to Rp600 per share at its trading debut this morning. JSKY offered 203.26 million shares through initial public offering (IPO), representing 20% of its total issued and paid-up capital, priced at Rp400, to raise Rp81.3 billion proceeds.
At IPO price, JSKY has market capitalization of Rp406.5 billion. The Company booked net profit of Rp19 billion in Jan-Sep 2017 period (9M) on revenues of Rp315 billion. Its assets reached Rp448.6 billion while liability amounted Rp345 billion.
