State pawn shop PT Pegadaian booked net profit of Rp2.5 trillion in 2017, grew 13.7% from Rp2.21 trillion in 2016. It recorded revenues of Rp10.5 trillion last year. Outstanding loan reached Rp36.88 trillion. For this year, Pegadaian targets to book net profit of Rp2.7 trillion, a 7.1% rise, with number of customers targeted to increase to 11.5 million from 9.5 million per December last year. It also targets revenues to grow by 19% to Rp12.5 trillion for this year with outstanding loan to reach Rp45.4 trillion.
