Shares of Jaya Trishindo (HELI), engaging in non-scheduled commercial air transport business, gained 70% to Rp187 on its trading debut this morning. Its IPO price was Rp110 per share. The Company offered 250v million shares through the initial public offering (IPO), to raising Rp27.5 billion proceeds, used to purchase two helicopters and build hanggar. HELI booked net profit of Rp2.3 billion in Jan-Sep 2017 period on revenues of Rp87.7 billion. Its assets reached Rp220 billion and liability amounted Rp162.38 billion.
