The Financial Services Authority (OJK) reported on Wednesday (Feb 21) that national banks booked a net profit of Rp131.14 trillion in 2017, it grew 23.1% from Rp106.54 trillion in 2016. Net interest income rose 4.45% to Rp358.10 trillion, while operating profit excluding interest slightly declined 7% to Rp231.5 trillion.
