Regional development bank PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Utara (Bank Sumut) plans to issue bonds worth Rp500 billion to Rp1 trillion, to support its loan expansion. Bank Sumut targets its loan to grow by 10% this year. It also plans to spin off its syariah unit this year. Bank Sumut has sufficient pay its mature debt this year amounting Rp400 billion, due in July.
