Property developer Alam Sutera Realty (ASRI) allocates Rp5 trillion for funding its Ayodha 16.6 hectares-integrated city project in Tangerang Estate. This project, handled by its unit, PT Alfa Goldland Realty, has started construction since 2014 and will take 10 years for completion. ASRI expects to get 10% revenue contribution from Alfa Goldland Realty. ASRI also now develops mixed used development projects (Alam Sutera) in Serpong, Suvarna Sutera in Pasar Kemis, Garuda Wisnu Kencana in Bali, and office building The Tower in Jakarta.
