Totalindo Eka Persada signed cooperation contract with regional-owned government firm (BUMD) PD Pembangunan Sarana Jaya for developing the transit oriented development (TOD) which costs Rp3 trillion. This TOD will be integrated into terminal area of mass rapid transit (MRT) in Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta. Totalindo holds 49% interest in this project while Pembangunan Sarana Jaya holds 51%.
