In August 2017, PT Citra Sari Makmur (CSM) sued PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM – Telkom) due to cooperation dispute. CSM considers Telkom to have committed unlawful act when terminating the contract of Utilization of Fixed Network and Support Facility (Transponder) agreed between the parties.
