Property unit (Strata title) in Sinarmas MSIG Tower has been transferred to PT Duta Cakra Peson, subsidiary of property developer PT Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD) Tbk (BSDE) by PT Purimas Sasmita. The strata title owns 36,874.49 m2 area. The value in the transfer agreement reached Rp1.41 trillion.
