PT Modern Internasional Tbk (MDRN) starts to seeks ways for paying debts after the halt of operation by its unit, PT Modern Sevel Indonesia (MSI). MDRN has sold 20,300 m2 land area in Surabaya, East Java for Rp100 billion value. MDRN has debts to Bank CIMB Niaga and Bank Mandiri. Debt to Bank Mandiri worth Rp165 billion due in this month. MDRN will add land and building assets as collateral for debts to Bank Mandiri.
