A variety of listed companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) are planning to conduct a rights issue in the second half (H2) of 2017 in an effort to generate new funds for business expansion. The IDX’s Director of Corporate Listing Samsul Hidayat added that some companies were planning the rights issue in order to comply with the minimum 7.5% free float regulation.To subscribe please click here
