On September 13, 2017, the Corruption Court of the Central Jakarta District Court read their verdict for Marisi Matondang, the former director of PT Mahkota Negara, a Company operated by M. Nazaruddin’s Permai Group/Anugerah Group. Marisi was arrested and prosecuted for his involvement in the botched procurement of medical equipments for the Udayana Educational Hospital. The Panel of Judges found him guilty and sentenced him to 3 years imprisonment. What’s interesting about the verdict is that Marisi once said that Sandiaga Uno knew of all the projects related to PT Duta Graha Indah or DGI (now PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk – DGIK).
