Ancora Indonesia Resources (OKAS) will acquire Indotan Lombok Pte Ltd for US$2 million value from Southern Arc Minerals Inc. OKAS and Southern Arc have signed the sale and purchase agreement for this asset. Indotan has mining concession right in West Lombok for gold and copper. OKAS’ current business is disappointing as the Company suffered loss of US$5.9 million in the first half (H1) of this year, it widened 41% from loss of US$4.19 million in the same period last year.
