Millennium Pharmacon International (SDPC), engaged in distributing pharmaceutical products, plans to launch the rights issue, offering 590.9 million new shares through preemptive rights scheme, targeting to raise proceeds of Rp65 billion. This fund will be used to fund the acquisition over 15% shares of PT Errita Pharma. SDPC booked net profit of Rp7.98 billion in first half (H1) this yar on sales of Rp1 trillion. Its assets was Rp850.45 billion while liability amounted Rp707.77 billion.
