The Financial Services Authority (OJK) said the banking sector failed to achieve their lending target in the first half (H1) this year, then banks have revised down the lending growth target for this year, to 11% from previous 13%. In H1, the lending only grew by 7.6%. While banking’s non performing loan (NPM) remain at 3%. Bank Mayora has cut its lending target to 16% for this year from previous target of 23%. Citibank Indonesia also cut down its lending growth target from 11% to single digit.
