The Government cuts the regional transfer fund to Rp701 trillion for 2018 (RAPBN), from Rp706.33 trillion for 2017. The budget allocated for regional autonomy development and decentralization is reduced to 671.6 trillion from Rp678.5 trillion. While village fund is maintained at Rp60 trillion next year. Meanwhile the budget for Central Government increases to Rp1,443.2 trillion from Rp1,343 trillion this year.
