Property developer Lippo Cikarang (LPCK) booked net profit of Rp261 billion in first half (H1) this year, dropped 26.3% from Rp354 billion in H1 last year. Revenue rose 2.5% to Rp828.7 billion while operating expenses jumped 66.2% to Rp133 billion from previous Rp80 billion. Operating profit declined 24.7% to Rp262 billion from earlier Rp348 billion.
