Property developer PP Properti (PPRO) booked marketing sales of Rp1.5 trillion in the first half (H1) this year, jumped 53% from Rp980 billion in the same period of last year. Most marketing sales was booked during the second quarter (Q2). The main contributors were apartment Grand Shamaya (Surabaya) and apartment Begawan (Malang), also apartment Evencio (Depok). PP Properti then targets to book marketing sales of Rp3 trillion this year, a 20% rise compared to Rp2.49 trillion last year.
