Transportation company Eka Sari Lorena (LRNA) opts to change its business model, from mass public transportation to boutique mass transportation by starting to operate double decker Mercedes-Benz OC 500 RF 2542. The Company also provides services for super executive, instead of executive class. LRNA will reduce routes directly collided with air and train transportation, and will develop new potential routes. LRNA also mulls to enter into Jakarta residence connection and Jakarta airport connection while adding fleet for bus rapid transport such as TransJakarta. In the future, LRNA will enter non transportation business, but related with the industry.
