Property developer Duta Pertiwi, member of Sinar Mas Group, targets its revenue and net profit to grow by 5-10% this year as the property industry was improving. The government also supports the property business through lowering lending rate and down payment for housing credit. DUTI booked revenues of Rp2.02 trillion last year and net profit of Rp704 billion. Compared to 2015, DUTI posted a 20% growth in revenue last year and 31.5% growth in profit. In the first quarter (Q1) this year, DUTI booked revenues of Rp418 billion and net profit of Rp149.7 billion.
