Property developer Summarecon Agung (SMRA) said its unit, PT Summarecon Investment Property (SMIP), has in April 27, 2017 transferred all shares to PT Java Orient Properti (JVOP) based in Yogyakarta. This is an affiliated transaction which values for Rp249.9 billion. SMRA targets to book marketing sales of Rp4.5 trillion this year. The Company allocates Rp365 billion for land acquisition this year and Rp402 billion for next year.
