Foreign investors kept buying local stocks while domestic investors opted to sell for seeking short term gains. Foreign net buy booked net buy of Rp1.18 trillion on Friday (May 12), bringing year to date net buy to Rp28.13 trillion. Foreign investors have strong confidence and trust over the Indonesia economic growth prospect. They have less worriness over the current political situation. Investors are also waiting report from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) on the trade balance for April 2017 scheduled to be released today.
