PT Buyung Poetra Sembada (BPS), rice producer with Topi Koki brand, has kicked off its initial public offering (IPO) for 700 million shares, representing 29.79% of its total issued and paid-up shares capital. The IPO is priced at Rp300-400 per share, to raise total proceeds of Rp210-280 billion. The book building started on Wednesday (May 24) and will last to June 6, 2017.
