Given the result of the quickcounts for the Jakarta gubernatorial race, many believe that the pair Anies Baswedan-Sandiaga Uno would win in the runoff by virtue of securing the votes of the Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, who is now out of the race. But this is a premature conclusion. There are plenty of factors to consider before one can begin to think about the possible outcome of the runoff.
