The lawsuit for Suspension of Debts Payment (PKPU) filed by PT Cal Dive Offshore Indonesia (Cal Dive Indonesia), a subsidiary of Cal Dive International Inc against the Technical Assistance Contract (TAC) Pertamina and PT Pertalahan Arnebatara Natuna (PAN) was received and the Panel of Judges decided to continue the examination of the dispute. The panel stated that TAC Pertamina and PAN is considered as one sentence and because of that the legal counsel appointed by PAN should have the power of attorney for both PAN and Pertamina.
