The Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) has issued regulation number 8/2016 regarding the second amendment for regulation number 14/2015, concerning the guideline and procedures for principal licenses or permits for investment. BKPM Chairman Thomas Trikasih Lembong (known by his peers as Tom Lembong) said that this regulation was made with the primary purpose of supporting the tax amnesty program.To subscribe please click here
