After previously escaping the PKPU lawsuit filed by two of its creditors in September 2016, PT Sumatera Persada Energi (SPE), the subsidiary of PT Asiabumi Petroleo, once again entered a period of PKPU after Panel of Judges of the Commercial Court of the Central Jakarta District Court decided to grant the PKPU petition that the Company had filed.
