Today, the Jakarta’s Election Commission (KPUD DKI) will officially announce the pairs that are eligible to compete in the capital city’s 2017 gubernatorial race. Candidates will be able to start campaigning by Friday (October 28) this week. And as per the existing regulation, incumbent candidates will have to take a leave from office until February 11, 2017.
