The meeting of creditors of PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI), which was supposed to be held on September 20, 2016, was once again postponed following a request from China Development Bank (CDB). The delay is somewhat troubling because the period of Suspension of Debts Payment (PKPU) is scheduled to end on September 30, 2016.
