The Supreme Court (MK) once again increased the sentence slapped on the former Jakarta Head of Department of Transportation Udar Pristono. At the hearing held on March 24, 2016, the Assembly of Cassation decided to grant the appeal filed by the Public Prosecutor of the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) and aggravated Udar Pristono’s punishment. The Assemboy of Cassation also ordered the court to confiscate all of Udar’s assets that have been deemed linked to corruption.To subscribe please click here
